GR-MEGA spectral madness // GR-2 production

GR-MEGA firmware 1.8

GR-MEGA firmware 1.8 was just released today. This is a complete rework of the spectral sound engine, has further fine tuning of the granular engines, offers a draw menu for complex modulations (attach a touchscreen!), loads of UI improvements, a new 3 band EQ effect, live autoslicer, and Elektron-like sequencer pattern transitions. Furthermore, it fixes serious record and copypaste bugs when using multitimbral, so even if you don’t care for all the goodies, upgrading is definitely recommended!

GR-2 production

A small update: we have prepped almost all front plates for the first batch, meaning they have their touchscreens glued. The rest of the electronics should arrive next week, and then the first Kickstarter units can be fully assembled and tested! Boxes and packing material should arrive mid October. We hope to have all Kickstarter ready to be packed up already before that time. Then the webshop units can be shipped starting November.

Oh yeah, the first GR-2 manual is already up.
