ST4 firmware 0.28 :

What's new:
- for live tweaks: synth settings don't change when switching tracks.
- for live tweaks: synth settings don't change when switching to instrument editor.
- instrument editor: you can now also change channels here (up/down arrows). 
- instrument editor: arrow keys behave more like tracker.

Bugfixes:
- Global LFO mode now always controllable (not only from tracker channel 1!)
