bug fixes:

- loading first sample into newly initialized project, could overwrite multiple sample slots.
- file chooser - project folders could not be loaded with System -> IO -> Expert file chooser OFF.  
- fix macro level manual control when it's configured to affect POS moddest. should also cover midi cc macro functionality.
- #1794 gr-mega midi transport fixes. midi beat clock start and stop now really do the same as the play button when 'external beat clock' = ON, and 'MIDI clock starts SEQ' = ON"
- #1728 aux env couldn't modulate window parameters
- #1793 file chooser - sound preview would keep on playing if the cursor is on a widget or on a non-sample file
