MIDI clock fixes, and play mode fixes

new features:

- midi start -> lfo reset when [shift] + [lfo key trig] is toggled ON.
- #1781 non-sequencer presets can now also send midi clock.
- System menu -> MIDI -> 'MIDI clock starts SEQ' can now also start droning non-sequencer presets.

bug fixes:

- 91d0b26db2695f8c691b3b51887563f7db557b82 tap tempo now also works for free_bpm layers
- ae4751ffd8804d694c950814178a8e11c885b3ec gr-mega switch between sequencer / non-sequencer presets and keep them playing in their own modes without having to press play.
- #1785 LFO keytrig + sync : key trig not working.
- 15f4dea6cf8ccfa2d4d42d3dfda60d7d8baa3233 sample preview - upper case file names ending in .WAV (instead of .wav) now supported.
- bbfbdd33195cf84693ffce6175672ae64599f434 fix sample preview refusal. happened seemingly at random.
- fixed lfo needle progress with random waveform

known issues:

- high cpu load when connected to Macs via USB C, and using USB audio + MIDI + file sharing
