GR-MEGA firmware 1.5.1 release notes

Hotfix release.

changes:

- #1660 resampling - no more auto normalize after loading the result to preset.

bugfixes:

- Crash when loading sample bigger than the one in current preset.
- Cropping always cropped head region, starting at 0 instead of the offset that the user wanted.
- #1662 (1.5.1-a2) fixed crash (on older linux / older gr-mega) in sampling menu -> select USB A, and then unplug.
- FX1 and FX2 knob assignment overwrote regular modulation. for instance, if you had FX1 and LFO1 both mapped to DELAY LEN, only FX1 would do something.
- System menu -> MIDI -> MIDI CC Visuals. This now actually turns ON or OFF various messages on the OSD. 

known issues:

- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings 
- high cpu load when connected to Macs via USB C, and using USB audio + MIDI + file sharing
