GR-MEGA firmware 1.4.7 release notes

A bugfix release. Mainly modulation related.

bugfixes:

- #1586 lfo modulation using [LFO Select] + (Knob) crosstalked to other modulations. 
- #1598 default lfo destination is now POS, just like in the matrix menu.
- #1588 Aux env -> FX1/FX2 modulation was broken. Now uses the same poly->mono reduction as used for all other destinations. 
- #1591 aftertouch modulation range was weird.
- "Pitch" (non-MPE) mod source acted as keytracking. Now it acts like actual pitch bend.  
- #1597 PV position clamping with pingpong and oneshot scanning.
- ping pong scan went berserk with pos modulation and wrapping.
- #1592 PV - Phase Smear modulation fixed (same as spray modulation btw).
- #1487 [Enter] button works again on some widgets.
- #1573 slow mt select - could not select all multis.
- #1593 Feel button function for Phase Smear was missing.
- #1601 Feel button function for Spray and LFO Amount was missing. Feel button function for POS with proper time code.
- #1604 (1.4.7-a3) shutdown could result in white screen with newer image/hardware.
- (1.4.7-a5) PV: fft_len > sample, and playing = crash

known issues:

- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings 
- high cpu load when connected to Macs via USB C, and using USB audio + MIDI + file sharing
