GR-MEGA firmware 1.4.2 release notes

A bugfix release.

bugfixes:

- #1490 broken LFO quantization (introduced in 1.4.1) 
- #1474 MIDI beat clock - clocked grains & metrone were laggy 
- #1509 internal sequencer + metronome + grain clock now run in-phase
- #1456 missing pot pickups for layer volumes and phase vocoder freq shift 
- fx1 fx2 knob modulation mutated patch variables
- #1491 Changing grain spawn mode in patch menu didn't directly take effect
- #1507 metronome ticked when receiving midi tick after stop
- #1492 External MIDI clock - Note (MIDI & play button) will not play if MIDI clock stopped and then started again.
- #1510 (1.4.2-b2) feel didn't work on FX1 and FX2 (was broken in a recent change)
- hide overlayfs mount points
- compatibility with newer raspbian

changes:

- #1488 factory reset / startup - allow writes via file sharing in internal/user/samples and in internal/projects 

known issues:

- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings 
- high cpu load when connected to Macs via USB C, and using USB audio + MIDI + file sharing
