GR-MEGA firmware 1.4.1 release notes

A bugfix release.

bugfixes:

- #1456 all pots and fx parameters now work with the system menu setting "potentiometer pickups"
- (1.4.1-a1) fine tuning now works on all pots
- #1471 (1.4.1-a2) crash when starting voices (far) outside of a loop area in pingpong mode.
- #1468 (1.4.1-a1) new project - amp sustain levels now at 100%
- #1466 (1.4.1-a3) clocked record - when midi clock is not received or stopped, [Record] button now instantly stops recording. 
- re-fixed: l/r channels were reversed in sample display.
- feel implemented for lfo quantization knob

changes:
 
- #1483 filter env amount is now logarithmic instead of linear
- (1.4.1-a1) position fader now shows value in hms time format 
- #1450 dsp metering now shows worst case (the little white bar hovering on top)

known issues:

- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings 
- high cpu load when connected to Macs via USB C, and using USB audio + MIDI + file sharing
