GR-2/GR-MEGA firmware 1.8.2 release notes

Bugfixes and QoL improvements. GR-2 release firmware.

new features:

- project folders no longer just 001, 002, etc, but 001-projectname, 002-project2name, etc
  - backwards compatble. this firmware and newer can read old 001, 002, 003 folders
  - of course not forward compatible. old firmware cannot read new project folders.. unless you rename them to basic 001, 002 form!
  - project folder name will be changed to new style when saved.
  - new firmware will give warning popups if there's a 001 and a 001-newname in /media/internal/projects
- #2004 gr-2 - AMP page - support for moving multiple faders at once
- 1.8.2-a4 - if visible layers have play mode OFF, then warn user when he presses play
- 1.8.2-a4 - gr-mega subosc button now sends NRPN

changes:

- #1987 harmonized naming of mtpresets. stack, multi, mt preset, mtpreset -> mtpreset
- support for gr-2 production silkscreen - rec play swap
- #2007 file sharing - init patch folders now called NNN.MMM instead of NNN.MMM. 

bugfixes:

- #2005 - fixed top button led positions, and play/rec button mixup
- #2007 some paranoid precautions against dataloss when saving / renaming and losing power.
- gr-2 preset/template/mtpreset menus - op encoder can now navigate action dialog. 
- gr-2 - randomizer menu - custom knobs supported
- 1.8.2-a3 - #2008 - loading incomplete project from file chooser gave problems with context saves. it will now save everything that was loaded from the project.
