GR-1 Firmware 2.5.2

Bug fixes:

- Performance quicksave messed up patch variables if preset other than 1 was default.
- Sample size stale after patch copy. Noticable when loading a sample after copying a patch.

Known issues:

- Clicks in distortion FX (similar to snare instrument pick up noise) when multiple voices triggering/releasing..
- No visual feedback on a bunch of CC's.
- Freeze on first USB plug after firmware update (a very old one).
