GR-1 Firmware 2.4.2

Bug fixes:

- Crash on MIDI channel OFF!
- While updating firmware, double push of Select knob froze unit (update was successful anyway), now it continues as planned. 
- Duplicate usb sticks (introduced in 2.4.1.. only happened when power cycling with stick inserted).
- Clearing sample didn't take into account possible resize. 
- Tiny scan loops (when moving end very close to start, or past it) caused scanning to stop.
- Reduced number of crackles while recording audio. 
- Wrong scan speed after load.
- Ping pong scanning fixed when scan clock sync is on. 
- Sustain pedal (CC64) OFF immediately turned off all playing notes, while it should wait for note off first.  

Known issues:

- Clicks in distortion FX (similar to snare instrument pick up noise) when multiple voices triggering/releasing..
- No visual feedback on a bunch of CC's.
- Freeze on first USB plug after firmware update (a very old one).
