ECR Firmware 2.1.0 release notes

New features:

- Menu option: toggle filechooser on and off.
- Diagnostic menu option: (over)scale potmeters. Useful on machines that refuse to calibrate.

Changes:

- Stereo width (Mid/Side) processing is now _after_ the convolution. This allows single input signals (left-only or right-only) to be spread out over the stereo image as well.

Bug fixes:

- Toggling direct shift on caused a lingering Shift led.
- Sample stencil graphics clip/range.
