- shift-s now also works in tracker.
- +/- do absolute bpm increase/decrease instead of relative

Bugfixes:
- SD card not present -> hang when ctrl-s/ctrl-l (loading mod file) from within Tracker [F1] or MOD Config [F4]. now returns to tracker.
